Father (ෆාදර්) is a Sinhala language film directed by Chaminda Jayasuriya and produced by Shantha Geethadeva. The story is inspired by real events that took place in Sri Lanka from the 1970s to the 1990s a time when the country faced political unrest, fear, and social challenges.

The movie centers around a man known as “Father” a respected and brave figure in his community.
